Project«Elections – 99: increase of public activity»,
September-November, 1999
The project was realized together with a resource center «Gurt» (Kiev).
The project was directed on increasing consciousness of the electors concerning their right to vote and freedoms, awareness of the programs of the candinameens on the post of president. Citizens of the city became the target audience of this project.
A few seminars and consultations were organized and conducted. Educational literature was developed and widespread. Within the project in Chernihiv two public waiting rooms were opened, more than 300 legal advices were given.
Over 450 people took part in the project.
